The best subscription managers

It's well known now that subscriptions make up a large proportion of our monthly costs. While previously we had subscriptions for our satellite TV, phone and utilities, now that same charging model applies to much of our online activity - delivery services like Amazon, content services like Netflix, music services like Spotify.

What is a subscription manager?
These can come in many forms, but fundamentally it's a product that helps us to stay on top of the following:

  • The status of all our subscriptions (live, paused, cancelled)
  • The renewal dates of our subscriptions
  • The weekly/monthly/annual cost
  • The username and password (although see here for managing passwords)

Is it worth paying for a subscription manager?!
It seems a bit counterintuitive to pay (a subscription) for something to help manage just that, your subscriptions. But generally these are pretty low cost solutions
